Dr. Marcus Blankenheim advises on banking and capital market law. He represents banks and financial service providers, namely in lawsuits based on allegations of incorrect investment advice and prospectus liability.

Dr. Blankenheim further advises companies on issues of general business law, in particular matters of distribution law, transportation law, real estate law and matters of product liability. In the aforementioned areas his prime focus is the representation of clients in legal disputes before German courts and arbitration tribunals.
