Dr. Paul Schultess advises financial institutions as well as insurance companies and insurance brokers on all matters relating to financial regulatory law.
His practice focuses on advising on regulatory issues relating to corporate governance, assisting with audits by supervisory authorities, special representatives, and annual auditors, introducing new products, and all compliance-related issues.
One focus of his work is insurance and liability law. He is a lecturer at the Institute for Insurance Law at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and was awarded the prestigious Frankfurt Prize for Insurance Sciences in 2025 for his publications on insurance law.
