Dr. Martin Schulte, LL.M (London)

Martin Schulte advises banks, securities institutions, FinTechs, crypto service providers, and investment funds on all aspects of regulatory and contractual law.

His practice focuses particularly on structuring token issuances and crypto funds, implementing capital and risk management requirements for financial and crypto institutions, ensuring compliance in securities and crypto trading, and guiding clients through licensing procedures. Drawing from his extensive experience – including positions at the ECB and as General Counsel of an investment firm – he has a deep understanding of regulatory requirements from both supervisory and market perspectives. Together with Jens-Holger Petri, he is responsible for developing an innovative, AI-driven legal-tech offering.
